Shipping Details

  • Deliveries typically only occur on weekdays, Monday to Friday. (Saturday deliveries may occur, however this depends on the carrier and your delivery area). Shipping and Delivery standards and timelines are subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.
  • Please note that for all shipping service options estimated delivery times are not guaranteed as all the major carriers have suspended service guarantees at this time.

Shipping Exclusions and Exceptions

  • Delivery addresses in some rural or remote addresses may experience an additional 1-2 business days for Standard or Expedited Service Levels.
  • EXPEDITED and SAME DAY service levels are not available for deliveries to PO BOX or APO addresses.

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped out. If you don’t receive a ship confirmation email or the incorrect email was entered at the time of purchase, please contact us immediately so we can send you the tracking details and update your email address for any further notifications.

Our distribution teams and shipping partners are making every effort to process and deliver your packages safely. Carriers may need an additional day or two to deliver your shipment, but rest assured your package will arrive.

In the event there has been no tracking updates for a couple of days, please reach out to us and we will work with the carrier to get the order to you as soon as possible.

As carriers have suspended guarantees due to the current climate there are no delivery date guarantees for any service, including next day delivery.  Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.

If for any reason your delivery address is incorrect or has changed after placing the order, not to worry! Please contact us via phone, live chat or email so we can quickly correct the address for you.

We have an amazing manufacturing process to minimize defective products, but things can always happen, especially from the time the product leaves our warehouse until it gets into your hands. If you believe you have a defective unit, not to worry, all of the devices purchased through Baby Doppler Canada come with a standard 1-Year Limited Warranty (Click Here for more details). So we’ll make sure to send out a replacement for you.

Unfortunately, we only provide refunds for orders placed through our website at Baby Doppler Canada or a marketplace where the products are shipped by us directly.  We understand it may get confusing sometimes, so please feel free to reach out to us by phone, email, or live chat, and we will do our very best to assist where we can and take care of things for you.

Warranty Details

1 Year Limited Warranty

All our devices come with a limited 1-year warranty.  Dagamma Inc. warranties this product to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year following the date of purchase, provided that the product is used in a home environment for personal use. This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than Dagamma Inc.

A defective product meeting the warranty conditions set forth herein will be replaced or repaired at no charge in either of two ways:

If you have any medical conditions or have any medical questions or concerns, please consult with a professional health care practitioner before using this product.

Extended Device Protection – Upgrade to a 2-Year Unlimited Warranty

For added peace of mind purchase the Extended Device Protection. For a small fee you will receive an additional year of warranty directly from Baby Doppler Canada. With this unlimited warranty, we will cover you for up to 2 years from the date of purchase provided that the product is used in a home environment for personal use. This option is so you don’t have to worry about anything that could go wrong with your devices. Whether it stops working, breaks, or you accidentally break it, we will either repair it or exchange it for free. All shipping costs are also covered by us, so you have nothing to worry about.
