    At Baby Doppler USA, we will make sure that we cover every part of the USA. With our multi-platform shipping capabilities we can ship to any address, whether it be in the city, a rural address or a PO Box we've got it covered. Furthermore, we ship anywhere in USA for free. Our fetal dopplers and all other products are always kept in stock and shipped out to our customers immediately. The state of the art warehousing and shipping facility allows us to process your orders in the most time efficient manner. Our partnership with top shipping carriers has allowed us to utilize their award winning technology to immediately email customers with order confirmations and tracking numbers as soon as the orders are processed. We promise to ship our products to you safe and sound, and not to mention, our fully insured shipping takes the stress away and allows you to buy our products with confidence.

    Please note that Delivery times are not guaranteed, but below are our best approximation. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.

    Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 1:00 PM (EST). Orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday/Sunday or on national and statutory holidays will not be processed until the following business day. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not counted towards business days.

    Shipping addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, and rural addresses should add an additional 1-3 business days for Delivery.

  • RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS & WRONG ADDRESS ISSUES

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, we will gladly accept your return under the following conditions.

    • Return request must be initiated within Fourteen (14) Calendar days of receipt of the item for all electronic devices such as but not limited to fetal dopplers. All other returns must be initiated within Thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the item.
    • A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns under all and any circumstances. This fee is to cover all shipping expenses incurred when shipping the items to you as well as packaging. Furthermore we do no re-sell any returned goods due to hygienic reasons and this restocking fee will allow us to keep prices low for your and other customers.
    • Express shipping costs are non-refundable
    • Return shipping must be paid by the buyer unless the product is defective and is being replaced
    • If the product is defective it will only be exchanged, if you want to return a defective product for refund a 15% restocking fee applies. This is to cover the expenses incurred while shipping the items to you as well as packaging

    If your product is defective:

    • Contact us regarding the defective product and we will send you a return shipping label.
    • You just print it, attach it to a box, and drop it off at the nearest shipping facility.
    • As soon as we receive your return we will send out a replacement.
    All returns must be authorized by our returns department within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item for electronic items such as fetal dopplers and 30 calendar days for any other items. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued for all returns/exchanges. Please note, returns without an RMA will not be processed and will incur further delays. Once an RMA is issued, please attach it to the enclosed packing slip, print the shipping label that we will send to you, attach it to the box and drop it off at the nearest shipping center. Returned merchandise should include the packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of return authorization. When returning an item to us for exchange please make sure the item is in it's original condition with all original accessories and packaged with it's original box otherwise the exchange may be refused or value for missing items may be deducted. If a return authorization has been issued and the return is not shipped back to us within 14 days the return may be refused and refund may not be issued.

    Please allow 10 to 14 days for the processing of your return.

    If you entered the wrong address during checkout

    • Baby Doppler USA has made all the efforts to reduce errors
    • After checkout a purchase confirmation is show on screen with your email address and shipping address. If you entered your information wrong it will be displayed here. If you find any discrepancies, please contact us immediately and we may be able to fix it. Although our shipments go out daily we can try to fix errors if reported to us immediately.
    • You will also receive an order confirmation and shipping confirmation email which is automatically sent to the email address used during checkout
    • It is your responsibility to make sure you entered the correct information. If a package is returned due to wrong address a 15% restocking fee applies to cover all shipping costs incurred.
    • If you entered the shipping information incorrectly and we shipped the items out, we will no longer be able to fix it until it is returned as undeliverable, we will send the package back to you once it is returned back to us but additional shipping charges will be added.


    If you ordered the wrong product

    • Baby Doppler USA has made all the efforts to reduce errors
    • After checkout a purchase confirmation email is sent with the list of products ordered, please contact us immediately if the product is not the one you ordered and we may be able to fix it. Although our shipments go out daily we can try to fix errors if reported to us immediately.
    • Once you receive the product and it is not what you ordered, we will exchange it for free.
    • If the mistake is on your part and you ordered the wrong product there will be a 15% restocking fee if the package has been opened and return shipping and shipping of new product back to you has to be paid by buyer. If it is unopened you can ship it back to us and and we will ship out the correct one with difference paid by you or if the new total is less the difference will be refunded. Please note that shipment cost must be paid by you to return the goods and for us to send the correct one back to you unless it was Baby Doppler's fault.


    Cancelling a transaction before shipment

    • Here at Baby Doppler USA we process all orders almost immediately
    • If you accidentally made a purchase or someone else has purchased it for you or if you want to cancel an order before shipment for any reason, there will be a 5% order cancellation fee to cover credit card processing fees and/or shipment packaging costs.
