Authorization Process

When you place an order, Baby Doppler Canada authorizes your credit card to make sure sufficient credit is available. A hold is placed on funds equal to your order total until the order is fulfilled and shipped.

Refund Process

A refund is issued to the originl method of payment only. Refunds will not be issued by cash or cheque. If returned items have missing parts, value for missing parts will be deducted before a refund is issued.
